We are looking to fill a few rolls in our leather goods factory in San Diego. If you have experience using your hands OR working with leather, fabrics, hand assembly or a general factory settings we would like to interview you for a position.
Must be good with your hands and have some general familiarity in workshop or factory setting.
A great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual that likes to create and work with their hands and build great, higher quality products . You will work in a small-team environment (7-10 people) building premium leather goods in a small-production environment.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED but not required. If you have past assembly experience, woodworking, hand assembly or other manufacturing experience we will train you to work with leather. We do work in a production setting with efficiency and attention to detail are key. If you are willing to work hard we will train accordingly.
STARTING Part Time (20-25 Hrs Week) with ability to move to Full-Time. Monday-Friday 7am - 12pm to to start.
PRE-SEW PREP & CUTTING
Working with leather panels, strips & fabrics
Folding, applying adhesives
Marking & punching holes
Setting rivets on kick press
Embossing leather & logos
Cutting belts and leather straps
Use of some light machines
Must be good with your hands
Working in a production environment
Experience preferred but not required for this position
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good attitude & ready to work
Team player with high work ethic and crafting skills
Assembly, manufacturing or any other hand-work experience is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the US with proper documentation

$17-$19 per hour (starting hourly wage) - Pay will move with your experience and job performance
25-40hrs p/wk. Morning shift, Monday through Friday.
